Week None - Governments And Sci-Fi

Which was better, the Empire or the Galactic Republic? Are the Geth the purest form a democracy? Is Star Trek's federation a functioning communist state? Which society should take over Fallout's wasteland? In this mission we are looking at the governments in sci-fi. We are going to be examining what government is and how our ideas about government is reflected in our favorite sci-fi stories. In this election year, it is important to step back and think about what the whole concept of government is about.
